§1. To be eligible for membership, proof of hunter’s examination is required.

§2. The hunting club’s values represent good hunting ethics, safety, good game and nature conservation with an understanding of nature and the animals’ cycle – where hunting is part of achieving balance in and preserving viable stocks of all species. Furthermore, the Hunting Club stands for good hunting knowledge, for good behavior in connection with hunting and respect for wild and domestic animals.

§3. Alcohol and drugs etc. are not associated with hunting.

§4. Only members of the Hunting Club have the right to wear the club’s symbol on a badge.

§5. All hunters are welcome to apply. Application for membership is made in writing by filling in the application form on the Hunting Club’s website, and attaching pictures of the hunter’s examination certificate and identification. Applicants must have a genuine hunting interest, have solved “Statligt Jaktkort” (State Hunting Card) in order to book hunting on the website, and provide an acceptable justification for the membership application.

§6. Members must agree that the Hunting Club may save the member’s personal data in accordance with the rules on GDPR and approve the Hunting Club’s Privacy Policy.

§7. The membership fee is 485 SEK per year. The fee is paid in connection with the application and is automatically renewed each year. Members can cancel their membership at any time. The Hunting Club complies with the Swedish Consumer Protection Act (2014:1449) concerning automatic renewal of contracts. Paid membership fees are non-refundable.

§8. Members of the Swedish Hunting Club must show respect for hunting organizers, especially when it comes to notifying impediments well in advance of booked hunts. A lot of time and effort is put down by the hunting organizers who are important to us all in the Swedish Hunting Club.

§9. If it comes to the Hunting Club’s attention that a member violates the membership terms, the member may be excluded.
