All certified hunters, both Swedish and foreign hunters, are welcome as members of The Swedish Hunting Club.
WHEN APPLYING FOR MEMBERSHIP, THE FOLLOWING MUST BE ATTACHED:
•⁠ ⁠A copy of an identity document (E.g., passport or international ID card)
•⁠ ⁠Document proving completion of the hunter’s exam or equivalent foreign hunting certificate.

All hunters must have a valid Swedish Hunting Permit from the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency in Sweden. All hunters should also be members of a national hunting association. Sweden is part of the EU and EU rules regarding the import of hunting weapons, ammunition and hunting dogs to Sweden apply apply.

When you book a hunt with a hunting organizer recommended by The Swedish Hunting Club – don’t forget to mention that you are a member of The Swedish Hunting Club. Some hunting organizers offer discounts on hunting and accommodation to members of the Swedish Hunting Club.
