§1. Only landowners, hunting rights holders, and those who represent landowners and hunting rights holders through witnessed power of attorney have the right to post an advertisement for Short-Term Hunting Leases on the Swedish Hunting Club.

§2. A lessee who holds hunting rights through a lease agreement does not have the right to post an advertisement for Short-Term Hunting Leases on land that is leased.

§3. To terminate an advertisement, an email must be sent to info@jaktklubben.se with a request to cancel the advertisement.

§4. The cost of the advertisement is specified in the Swedish Hunting Club’s webshop, and is debited monthly per started month from the registered credit card.

§5. Advertisement fees are not refunded for the current month in which the advertisement is terminated.

§6. The advertisement fee is SEK 169/month.
